The building is located in the Chayka neighborhood and has a total built-up area (TBA) of 1,425 square meters. It has frontage on three streets near the intersection of Knyaz Boris I Boulevard and Alexander Stamboliyski Boulevard in Varna.

The building has eight floors, the first of which is non-residential. The type of construction is high-rise, with a height exceeding 15 meters. High-quality materials, French windows, and luxurious common areas have been used. The building consists of two shops on the first non-residential floor and 39 apartments of various types.

Thanks to the colleagues at Planex, the building was put into operation in 2019 and has since been a delight to its new residents.
