These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Company and the users of the website hosted on the platform: https://ges-bg.com (the “website”/”site”/”online platform”/”platform”). These Terms of Use apply to all visitors who access the website and/or use the features and content offered through it. The Company is not responsible if a user is located in a country whose legislation does not allow them to visit and/or use the platform.

By accessing the website and/or directly or indirectly using its services or content, the user agrees to be bound by these terms. The Terms of Use are always available at https://ges-bg.com/obshti-uslovia, and the website owner has the right to amend and supplement them at any time without prior notice. For the convenience of users, when the Terms of Use are changed, the Company publishes a notice with the date of the last amendment on the page.

The Company is not responsible for the actions of a user and/or an authorized/appointed person, whose actions have led or could lead to unauthorized or unlawful access to data provided when filling out the form to receive a quote.

“GES Energy” AD informs users that it may use technology to collect data to improve and enhance the online platform. Additionally, it may provide related services to tailor them to the user’s preferences, prevent illegal use of the platform, and send users notifications and information related to the functionalities and content of the online platform via email and/or other communication means.

The Company is not liable for its inability to fulfill its obligations under these terms of use in cases of force majeure, accidental events, problems with the global internet network, and other circumstances beyond the Provider’s control, including when the User cannot access the online platform due to hardware issues, internet connectivity problems, and other issues.

Intellectual Property

GES Energy” AD owns and protects its intellectual property rights concerning all functionalities and content of the site to the maximum extent specified in the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Community. The trademarks, logos, and service marks published by the Company on https://ges-bg.com are trademarks owned or licensed by the entity specified on the site. None of the functionalities of the product represent the granting, directly, indirectly, or in any other way, of any license or right to the trademarks without the explicit written permission of the respective trademark owner. Content and Liability

GES Energy” AD is obligated to maintain the content of the website up to date. Except for direct damages caused by intentional unlawful behavior or gross negligence of “GES Energy” AD, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or other consequential damages arising from or in connection with the user’s visit to this website. This limitation applies, without limitation, to lost profits, business interruption, and data loss. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or any linked website, even in cases where it has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content of third parties or the consequences of their use by users. The Company reserves the right to terminate any link at any time. All disputes, including those related to the application of these Terms of Use, which may arise between the user and “GES Energy” AD, will be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the conflict will be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria, in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.

GES Energy” AD complies with all regulatory acts in force in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. With these Terms of Use, “GES Energy” AD explicitly informs its users that they have the opportunity to benefit from the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EU) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, methods for resolving disputes. According to the cited acts, every user has the opportunity to choose an out-of-court dispute resolution using the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform relating to obligations arising from contracts for sales or provision of online services to consumers residing in the European Union and a trader established in the European Union. Personal Data Protection

As the administrator of personal data, “GES Energy” AD (the “Company”) complies with all requirements of (EU) 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), as well as all other applicable regulatory acts. The Company collects, processes, and lawfully stores only data necessary for the provision of services offered on https://ges-bg.com (the “site”).

When processing the provided personal data, “GES Energy” AD adheres to the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy and timeliness of data; storage limitation for achieving purposes; integrity and confidentiality of processing, and ensuring an appropriate level of security of personal data. In processing and storing personal data, the Company may process and store personal data for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations arising from applicable Bulgarian legislation.

By completing the request for a quote form, each individual user explicitly agrees to allow “GES Energy” AD to process their personal data. The provided data may only be used for the performance of the Company’s services provided through the website, including establishing direct contact with the user. The provided data will not be altered, distributed to third parties, or used for purposes other than those described without the explicit prior consent of the data subject, except where required by law.

In order to provide the services, “GES Energy” AD collects individualizing data (name, email address, phone number). The purpose for which this data is collected includes preparing a quote, contacting the user, including upon expressed desire to receive newsletters and promotional messages, ensuring full functionality in service provision, accounting purposes, statistical purposes, information security protection, ensuring the provision of the respective service, sending messages about changes to the services, recommendations for improving website usage, news, and others. The legal basis for processing this individualizing personal data is the contractual relationship that arises between “GES Energy” AD and the user upon acceptance of the terms of use and/or completion of the quote form on the website.

GES Energy” AD processes, collects, and stores personal data regarding the user’s IP address. The purpose for collecting this data is to enhance the security of the service and interface localization, as well as for statistical and marketing research. The legal basis for processing this data is the necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party. Until the user submits a quote request, the IP address is collected based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.

GES Energy” AD does not collect or process personal data related to: racial or ethnic origin; political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, or membership in trade unions; genetic and biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation. The Company does not engage in automated decision-making with data.

GES Energy” AD stores the personal data that it is required to keep under applicable legislation for the respective statutory period, which may exceed the user registration period.

GES Energy” AD may, at its discretion, disclose part or all of the personal data to data processors for the purpose of processing in compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation. The Company expressly notifies website users in the event of intent to transfer part or all of their personal data to third countries or international organizations. The data collected by the Company is stored within the European Economic Area but may be transferred and processed in a country outside it. Any transfer of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws.

If the user does not wish for all or part of their personal data to continue to be processed by “GES Energy” AD for specific or all processing purposes, they may at any time withdraw their consent for processing and request deletion of the associated personal data by sending a free text request to the following email address: office@ges-bg.com. The Company is not obligated to delete personal data if it retains and processes them: for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; to comply with a legal obligation that requires processing under EU law or the law of the Member State applicable to the Administrator; or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Administrator, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

GES Energy” AD may request the user to verify their identity and the identity of the person to whom the data relates when consent is withdrawn and/or a request for deletion of data is made. Upon withdrawal of consent for processing of personal data that are mandatory for the creation and maintenance of the user’s registration for the use of services, the user’s profile will be deactivated.

Every user has the right to request confirmation from the Company whether personal data related to them are being processed, to access their data, as well as information regarding the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data. Users have the right to receive a copy of the processed personal data related to them in electronic form, to request restriction of processing of their personal data – by sending an electronic message to the following email address: office@ges-bg.com. The Company reserves the right to impose an administrative fee in case of repetitiveness or excessive requests for information by the user.

If “GES Energy” AD detects a breach of a user’s personal data security that may pose a high risk to their rights and freedoms, the company is obliged to immediately notify the user of the breach, as well as the measures that have been taken or are planned to be taken.

Depending on the services chosen by the user and for the purpose of processing personal data, “GES Energy” AD may provide the user’s personal data to third parties or authorities for the fulfillment of the purposes, in accordance with the specified grounds for processing. According to applicable legislation, the company may transmit or provide access to specific personal data of users to the following types of recipients: Providers of payment or banking services; Providers of accounting services, for the performance of external accounting services; Insurance companies; Other third parties with whom joint programs may be developed to provide services; Public authorities. “GES Energy” AD guarantees that it will take all necessary actions to ensure that all processors and third parties will implement the necessary technical and organizational measures required to comply with the legal requirements of the applicable legislation, to ensure all user rights. General provisions

 In the event that any clause of these terms of use is declared null or invalid, regardless of the reason, such clause does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. These terms of use are created and should be applied and interpreted in accordance with Bulgarian legislation. Current version of the terms of use in force as of May 1, 2024.

Lilia Naidenova

Head of Engineering

Liliya graduated from the Technical University of Sofia with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Sources. Her interest in photovoltaics began during her studies, and she has been professionally involved in the field since 2007, when she took part in the design of the first megawatt-scale photovoltaic plant in Bulgaria.

Since then, she has been actively engaged in the design of rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations in both Bulgaria and across Europe, including energy storage facilities.

Since the spring of 2025, she has been working at GES Energy, where she is responsible for organizing the entire design process and serves as an electrical design engineer.

Yavor Kirov

Electrical Design Engineer

Yavor Kirov is an electrical engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia. He has over three years of experience in the design and construction of photovoltaic power plants, both rooftop and ground-mounted. Over the years, he has participated in numerous projects related to energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, and the implementation of smart technologies for electricity management.

Since the spring of 2025, Yavor has been part of the engineering team at GES Energy AD, where he holds the position of Electrical Design Engineer. In this role, he is responsible for preparing investment projects for photovoltaic power plants, power supply installations, and energy storage systems.

Stanislav Pandev

Technical Director

Eng. Stanislav Pandev has been in the construction industry for over 7 years. He graduated with a degree in Applied Geodesy from UACEG, Sofia, in 2018, and holds full design certification in his field. He worked as an investor control specialist in building construction for four years.

Stanislav joined GES Energy in the fall of 2023 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Technical Director in the spring of 2025. His responsibilities include overseeing, organizing, and controlling the entire process of constructing future photovoltaic power plants.
