Existing hydropower plant on the Dulgidelska Ogosta River. The project includes comprehensive rehabilitation of the diversion, consisting of intake, diversion canal, pressure basin, and penstock.

During the reconstruction of the existing intake, a fish passage with a flow rate of 90l/sec was constructed, restoring the migration of the ichthyofauna along the river.
